TJ thrives on acquiring value-add properties in new and upcoming markets. A licensed
real estate agent in Michigan, TJ works to find motivated sellers and buyers of properties while generating significant returns for private investors. Having success in ascertaining private money for all acquired deals, the focus of raising capital and diligently and meticulously overseeing his portfolio is a joy of his.
While successfully managing and operating his family’s business, TJ also redevelops the community by donating to local causes with each deal he closes. Prior to his entrepreneurial real estate investment career, TJ was always driven by sales and networking. He brought his career to Chicago where he became Commercial Sales Executive at the nation’s largest title company, Fidelity National Title. While working in this position he focused his talents specifically on working with investors, large national lenders, attorneys, and global developers. While surpassing nearly $2 billion in deals, he became intrigued and motivated to create his legacy through his own company. Looking to garner a greater amount of real estate knowledge, TJ became Vice President of Business Development where he focused on Property and Construction Management opportunities at Podolsky Circle/CORFAC International. In conjunction with his role there, he worked with the brokerage partners to acquire multifamily and office properties for themselves as well as outside clients.
Moving home to Michigan brought TJ back into commercial title insurance, but he quickly realized that he needed to make the move out of corporate America. TJ currently holds the title of President of his company, TKC Homes, Inc. TJ is President and Asset Manager of CSC Capital Group, LLC as well as Cremeans Ventures, LLC, which has successfully raised over $4M of investor capital and purchased $10M of high-performing commercial multifamily real estate. In his off time, TJ enjoys spending time with his wife of 8 years, Kimber, as well as training for and running in full and half marathons. His new passion is training for triathlons, with the hope to complete his goal of a full Ironman. Working to create and leave a legacy for his family motivates him daily, and his sons Kaison (5) and Beckham (3), give him all the reason to work hard and strive for great success. TJ sat on the Board of Chicago Real Estate Council (CREC) which is the oldest networking group in the city of Chicago dating back to 1949. His role was to grow membership while arranging for experts in different fields to speak at each month’s events. TJ planned the CREC golf outing as well. In 2016, TJ became a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) which provided huge growth in his commercial real estate network.

David W. Silver serves as general counsel for the Manager and the Company. He has over 34 years of legal experience, nearly of which have been spent in the commercial real estate sector.
David provides legal advice and counsel on all aspects of real estate and business transactions, and corporate affairs and governance of their entities. In addition, David provides key business insight to all of his clients that are either new to the industry or long-established real estate professionals. Throughout his career, David has provided legal support on over $150 million of acquisitions and financings.
In addition to David’s commercial real estate and business transaction practice, David has developed a niche representing talented chefs, operators, and investors in the hospitality industry. In the past several years, David has worked with acclaimed chefs John and Karen Shields (Smyth/The Loyalist), Erick Williams (Virtue), Zachary Engel (Galit), Andrew Brochu (Brochu’s Family Traditions), and Matthew Lightner (Castagna and Atera). This practice area enables David to combine his legal practice with his passion for all types of food and beverages.
David received his received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Indiana University and his Juris Doctor from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. David is admitted to the Illinois Bar and is also a CPA.

Marci is currently the CEO of Primo Property Solutions, Managing Director for Kenmar, LLC and a Managing Partner with BLVD 7 and Michigan Ave Properties. Marci recently left a successful corporate career in Supply Chain focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy to pursue her passion for real estate investing. Marci has been personally involved in over $10 Billion in M&A transactions to date during her corporate career.
As a real estate investor she has been involved personally with $25 million + in transactions. This has led to investments in several re-developed properties, ownership in multiple rentals as well as commercial spaces. Marci continues been a very active as a Board Member on several Boards. She is currently serving as an advisory board member for Birch Biomed, an Ant-Scarring and Auto-Immune Therapeutics Company and Her Next Play, focused on developing the next generation of women leaders. As a former Division I Athlete her success has made her a highly effective, results driven leader with a proven track record of facilitating business to business relationships in multiple companies. She is also a strategic change agent with advanced problem solving and communication skills with a reputable track record to engage in complex business segments and multiple technical and non-technical fields.

Ken is currently a licensed Real Estate Agent in Minnesota doing 10 million in Real Estate Transactions in the past 2 years. Ken is involved with multiple Real Estate Investing Partnerships including a handful with Marci Sadler. He is the president and owner of HayCay Capital LLC, CRO of Primo Property Solutions, Managing Director of Kenmar LLC, BLVD 7 LLC and Dear Ridge LLC. Ken has been involved in over 50 personal Real Estate investment transactions and currently owns or part owner of several buildings. Ken has successfully owned and operated other businesses as well including a computer hardware business for 14 years and a food truck for 3 years. Ken has 2 children (Hailey and Caleb) that are both licensed Real Estate Agents.
